Possible Cause #1:

Measurement position is not correct

Solution:

Follow the user manual instructions when taking a measurement (3-5cm distance from forehead)

Possible Cause #2:

There is dirt obstructing the device probe

Solution:

Clean the device probe according to the cleaning instructions in the manual
